Law of Arbitration

The Arbitration law provides expeditious dispute redressal mechanism. The  only pre-requisite for initiation of arbitration proceeding is a valid arbitration contract between the parties. In India, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 governs the law on arbitration.
